Mike Alderman, Agency Principal

Mike Alderman purchased the Jensen-Sundquist insurance agency in 1998 and serves as an Agency Principal.

A person with passion for helping clients determine their insurance needs, he was selected to serve on the Agents Board of Advisors for Integrity Insurance (www.integrityinsurance.com).

Mike oversees the commercial insurance needs for Jensen-Sundquist clients in Wisconsin and Minnesota, specializing in small to mid-sized accounts. He enjoys the relationships he has built with business owners and clients over the past 12 years. 

Mike received his Bachelors of Science degree from Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota. He is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

A native of Spooner, Mike is an active volunteer in the Grantsburg, Milltown and Siren communities. He lives in Grantsburg with his wife Carol, an agent with Jensen-Sundquist, and his two children.

Carol Alderman, Agency Principal

Carol Alderman, co-owner of Jensen-Sundquist, provides life and health insurance for clients in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Licensed in life and health, she helps clients with term and whole life, group, individual and family health insurance.

In addition to agency principal responsibilities, Carol serves as manager and accountant for the agency. Her ten years of experience with health care insurance products is a proven asset to her clients.

A native of Apple Valley, MN, Carol is currently a treasurer of The Siren Chamber of Commerce and her local church. She lives in Grantsburg with her husband Mike and their two children.

Tricia Burkman, Agent

Tricia Burkman is a ten-year veteran with Jensen-Sundquist. She received an Associates Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Her experience working in hotels and restaurants helped to hone her great customer service skills and love for working with people. 

She specializes in writing personal lines insurance and helping customers determine their insurance needs. Her ability to help clients understand the mechanics of insurance brings an extra value to the insurance transaction.

Tricia is a native of Grantsburg, along with her husband and four children. 

Cheryl Coy, Agent

Cheryl has been with Jensen-Sundquist since 2001 and is licensed in property and casualty insurance. 

She enjoys providing insurance for clients living in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Cheryl is often the first person you see at the front desk in the Grantsburg office.

After residing overseas, she returned to her home town of Grantsburg to be closer to family. Cheryl is married to her husband Steve and has two children.

McKenzie Dahl, Agent

McKenzie has been with Jensen-Sundquist Insurance Agency since 2006 as a personal lines agent. McKenzie has enjoyed providing clients with the care & service they deserve and always with a smile. She looks forward to helping you with all of your personal insurance needs.

McKenzie grew up in Appleton, MN and now lives in Frederic, WI. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from St. Cloud St University.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Imme, Customer Service

Sarah joined the Jensen-Sundquist team in 2009. Although new to the insurance business, she enjoys learning the many areas of the industry through her work as a Customer Service Representative. Her favorite part of the job is working to provide new and existing clients with lower insurance premiums. 

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Her personal interests include hunting, fishing, sports (mainly basketball and football), and spending time with family, friends and Hawk, her chocolate lab.

Devin Kidder, Agent

Devin Kidder began her employment with Jensen-Sundquist Insurance in 2002. She takes great pride in the relationships she has built with her clients. Her goal is to provide not only great coverage and rates, but the best service available. 

Devin specializes in taking care of all of your home and auto needs not only at the time the policy is first written, but with each renewal to follow. Her hope is not only to get your business, but to keep it. 

When not being an insurance geek (her words), she enjoys fundraising and spending time with her friends and family. Devin resides in Grantsburg and enjoys playing volleyball, golf and softball.

Linda Swenson, Administrative Assistant

Linda joined the Jensen-Sundquist in 2001 with several years of office management experience. She enjoys helping clients and working with the great people who make up the Jensen-Sundquist Agency.

Linda likes to garden, take walks, and spend time with family and friends. She lives with her family in Grantsburg.

Louise White, Agent

Louise White has been serving Jensen-Sundquist clients since 2005. She is licensed in commercial and personal insurance lines and brings immediate value to clients by providing the correct coverage for their needs. Louise enjoys the process of designing the right insurance plan for clients in Northwestern Wisconsin and Minnesota at the most affordable price.

Louise grew upon a farm on Bone Lake, Wisconsin and has lived in the Village of Milltown since 1969. She is actively involved in the Milltown community, serving as Village President for 16 years. She has been an active member in the Milltown Community Club for 40 years.

Louise is the founder and owner of Angels In Waiting, an adult family home for mentally challenged woman. She is a board member for Endeavors Adult Developmental Center, which provides services for the physically and mentally challenged in Polk county. Louise has been a volunteer, coach and fundraiser for Polk County Special Olympics since 1985. She is also a director on the National Mutual Board.  

Louise is a trap shooter and a member of the Balsam Lake Rod & Gun Club. She was inducted into the Unity Schools Wall of Honor in 2008. She is also the mother of three terrific children, Angie, Jeremy and Jennifer White.
